Return & Exchange Policy

After production, we personally review every Jegman item to ensure you receive top quality. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. However, in such rare case, any defective item will definitely be accepted for refund or exchange.


Items must be in like-new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective to be accepted as a return or exchange. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Thanks in advance.


Returns for Full-Price Merchandise

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise that is older than 60 days from the original ship date cannot be accepted.


Returns for Sale-Price Merchandise

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. After 30 days, sale product is not eligible for return or credit.


Making a Return by Mail

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

First, send us an email notifying us of your return to RETURNS@JEGMAN.COM with your original order number. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials to send your return. Please be sure to include the original invoice with the original order number associated with the item for return. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

If you're returning an item because of a mistake on the part of Jegman.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to return the item. The package should be taken to your local postal carrier and mailed to the following address:

This address can only be used to return items purchased from Jegman.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer at which you purchased our items.

When paying for return postage, we suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.


Returning a Gift

Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a Jegman online gift certificate. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is up to date in your online customer account.


Making an Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price. All exchanges will be for equal value or less based on receipt of original purchase.


To initiate your exchange, please follow the above shipping instructions for returns (we'll first return the unwanted item(s) to your original tender and then credit your account for an exchange). In addition, please send us an email to EXCHANGES@JEGMAN.COM with your original order number and the desired exchange item you would like shipped to your address. If the desired item is in stock, we'll send you a confirmation email notifying you of the completed transaction and shipping notice. 


If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Jegman.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.


Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
